Welcome To The Pantea Vahidi Show

R.I.S.E. with Compassion

Respond - Inspire - Support - Empower

Pantea Vahidi

I am a nurse-hearted, engineer-minded Compassion & resilience consultant, educator, and speaker. Born and raised in Iran, I grew up during an 8-year-long war that spanned my childhood. Not knowing whether my loved ones or I would be alive the next minute, attributed to building resilience.

The mission of the Pantea Vahidi Show on YouTube is to raise awareness and enhance cognitive empathy to cultivate compassion and resilience.

The R.I.S.E. Advantages

Drawing from the latest research on the science of resilience and compassion, I have combined scientific knowledge with the art of nursing. I have designed practical tools to help people heal and prevent burnout. With these tools you can go from feeling helpless and powerless to being helpful and powerful.

Burnout Relief ™

To achieve balance and arrive at total wellness, we must feed and care for all three aspects of our make up.

Cultivating Compassion ™

Unlike most programs which rarely give people concrete instructions or manuals on how they can practice more compassion, I take people for an abstract concept to practical application.

The Burnout Relief Clinic

We assess and learn techniques on how to nurture and nourish our thoughts and emotions just as we do our physical bodies.

Vahidi's Compassion Model ™

Through the 3 Rs of Compassion ™ I provide practical tools on how we can show compassion towards others regardless of how impossible their circumstances might be.

The one thing we need is skills on how to deliver compassionate messaging. Pantea's framework helped us frame our messages to show concern and that is very applicable in today's world. I encourage you to engage in her training. I know I'm glad I did for my team and I.
